CareFlite, being the only locally run Communications site, has to offered to be a "Unicom" of sorts.  When inbound to the local faclities, contact CareFlite's Operations Center at;

Fort Worth/West side  131.675

Dallas/East Side             131.45

CareFlite will provide information on current status of the pad/hospital you are inbound to, and help coordinate multiple aircraft to the same pad.  In addtion CareFlite will give up to date weather information when available.
